Lettering Study Tables are a space where we create and letter together. I will give a quick demo about pressure-release graphite and share a few examples of my work to show how I have used the technique in my work.

What you need to know and supplies to have on hand:

• You are invited to share examples of your pencil work and any works in progress.
• Please bring your favorite pencils! You can use mechanical or wooden. I will be demonstrating with Blackwing pencils but will have other pencils on hand to answer any questions.
• Paper, eraser, pencil sharpeners or lead pointers, any other supplies you want to work with.
  
• A note about paper: You can use the Roman Hand template I created with Sheila Waters, tracing paper with template, grid paper, or any type of blank paper of your choosing. I love Arches Text Wove or any type of paper with a slight tooth. 
• If you click the subscribe button when signing in, upon registration, you will receive an email with the Zoom link and access to a Roman Hand template I will be using in my demo.
  

• About the recording: Only the demo will be recorded and shared with current students of the Improve Your Handwriting class. If you can’t attend this live session, please allow space for someone else to attend. Thank you!
