Tea Time Lettering Mini-Session with Suzie Beringer

Have you ever thought of what you can do with a tea bag other than having an enjoyable cup of tea?

Suzie will walk you through her exploration of making art out of tea bags and show you how you can make your own. Prepping tea bags for lettering and design will be the focus in this mini-session.

What you will experience in this mini-session:

  • How to approach a substrate you may not be used to writing on.
  • How to prep your new and used tea bags for embellishment.
  • Suzie's generous teaching style and depth of knowledge of this unique approach to surface.

FAQs

What is the difference between the Mini-Session and Workshop?

  • The Mini-Session (1/16) is prepping the tea bags and learning a few techniques to get started.
  • The Workshop (1/27) is a deeper dive, NOT a repeat of the mini-session, but a follow-on.

Things to consider:

  • If you purchase the mini-session and love it, you might want to register for the workshop. Those who attend the mini-session will receive a $25 discount via email towards the workshop.
  • If you purchase the workshop at full price, you automatically get access to the mini-session. You can attend live or watch the recording before the workshop. Because the mini-session will cover how to prep tea bags and basic design ideas, it will serve as a pre-requisite for the workshop—a deeper dive into design, materials, and lettering.

How long are the recordings available?

The recordings will be available for 90 days. For those who register for “Make It YourLettering Year” get lifetime access to Suzie’s class and all other sessions.
